Order Cancellations
Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

Lost or Damaged Packages

The order value should be greater than or equal to the invoice value. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we can only provide compensation based on the order value, as that is the amount we can claim.
If the package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.

If eligible, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging. Requests after 7 days will incur reprinting charges

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition it was received.

You will need to provide a proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
